stayed in st austell last year, but this summer we found a gem - lovely spacious cottage near the coast! hosts were warm and friendly, surroundings lush. convenient for st michael mount, st ives, eden project, port isaac, and tintagel. the cottage had everything we wished for, dog-friendly too!

The cottage was well equipped, with a good selection of books, magazines, and games to keep us entertained. The location was fantastic, with beautiful gardens nearby and the beach just a short walk away. It was also great to have a supermarket close by for convenience. the cottage provided a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The lack of recycling bins, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the layout of the downstairs area, with different levels, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

the cottage was a true hidden gem in the stunning Pinetum Gardens. It surpassed my previous stay in St Austell with its warm and comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, and the treats on arrival were a delightful touch. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in beautiful Cornwall.

Wow, our stay at this gorgeous cottage was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was perfect for our excursions, with shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches just minutes away. We were thrilled to find free parking right in front of the house, and the availability of a charging station for electric cars was a jaw-dropping bonus. The cottage itself was straight out of a Rosamunde Pilcher film, with its wonderfully romantic decor and super comfortable beds. The rain shower in the bathroom was a dream, and we couldn't be more thankful for the lovely welcome goodies provided, including prosecco, milk, chips, orange juice. On top of all that, we were given VIP tickets for the neighboring Pinetum Gardens. We had a truly unforgettable time and can't wait to return to this incredible cottage.

We got great value for our money at this lovely cottage. The room was well-designed and decorated with plenty of extra touches like fresh fruit, a bottle of Prosecco, and a large vase of fresh roses. The location was peaceful and calm, and the staff were attentive and delightful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of utensils, such as having a pencil available instead of just a pen. Nevertheless, this small issue didn't detract from our overall excellent experience.
